How to connect Airtable to DataPocket

Learn how to connect your data feed from Airtable to Canva, Figma, Adobe Express and the Adobe Suite.

1. Log into DataPocket

Start by logging into your DataPocket account at m.datapocket.app.

Log in to your DataPocket account, or create a new one.

1.1 Click on "Add data source"

In the DataPocket dashboard you’ll find the option to connect data sources.

1.2 Select Airtable

Look for the Airtable integration and click on it. This will take you through the connection setup process. Press "Add".

Choose "Airtable".

1.3 Click on "Continue"

Continue to access your Airtable data.

2. Log in to your Airtable account

You’ll be prompted to sign in to your Airtable account.

2.1 Choose your Airtable base

Click on "Add a base".

2.2 Select the base that you will be using

2.3 Grant access

Click on "Grant access".

Click on "Grant access".

3. Link the data source

3.1 Select your document

Select your document.

Click "Next".

Click on "Next" button to continue.

3.2 Choose your table

Select the table that you will use.

Press "Next" to continue.

3.3 Select a column as the title

Choose one of the columns from your file to act as title.

From now on, you will identify your products by this title. Choose the column that best describes them.

Click "Submit".

Press "Submit" to confirm the selection.

4. Start Syncing

Now you will see a preview of your items. Upgrading your plan is possible here. You can also gain instant acces to Canva, Figma and Adobe in real time.

Your content is ready to be used in any design tool.
