1. Creating your CSV
Follow these steps to create and download a CSV containing all your BigCommerce product feed.
1.1 Go to Products
On the left sidebar menu of your BigCommerce go and click on Products.
1.2 Choose Export
On the drop-down menu click on Export.
1.3 Choose the export method and export your products
By choosing "Default" your products will be exported without their variants. If you want your products to be exported with their variants, choose "Bulk edit".
Check "Export as csv" and click on "Continue".
Press "Start export".
1.4. Download the file
Once the export is finished, click on "Download my Products file" to download the CSV file.
2. Completing the process on DataPocket
2.1 Go to your DataPocket account
If you don't have an account, you can create a new one.
2.2 Click "Add data source"
2.3 Choose "BigCommerce"
2.4 Click “Continue”
2.5 Create the data source
Name the data source and add a short description for future reference. Choose the language and the currency of your store. Once it's done, click on the “Next” button. (Name, Language and Currency are mandatory fields).
2.6 Click on "Select a CSV file"
To add your BigCommerce CSV click on "Select a CSV file to upload". Then, paste your BigCommerce store URL and click on "Next".
2.7 Submit
You will see your products listed, if everything is correct, click on "Submit".
In a few moments, you will have all your CSV information, organized and ready to be used in any design tool that we have a connection with (Canva, Adobe Express, Figma and the Adobe Suite).
Remember that with the free version of DataPocket, you can view up to 10 products. If you need to see them all, click on "Upgrade" and switch to PRO.
