How to connect BigCommerce to DataPocket

Learn how to connect your product feed from your BigCommerce store to Canva, Figma, Adobe Express and Adobe Suite.

Only available for BigCommerce V.3.

1. Creating your CSV

Follow these steps to create and download a CSV containing all your BigCommerce product feed.

1.1 Go to Products.

On the left sidebar menu of your BigCommerce go and click on Products

1.2 Choose Export.

On the drop-down menu click on Export

1.3 Click Start Export.

You will see a progress bar, showing the number of products.

1.4. Download the file

When the export is finished, click on the CSV file name to download the file to your computer.

2. Completing the process on DataPocket

2.1 Go to your DataPocket account

If you dont’t have an account, you can create a new one.

2.2 Click "Connect"

2.3 Choose 'BigCommerce'

2.4 Click “Create data source

Name the data source and add a short description for future reference, once it's done, click on the “Create data source” button. (Fields Name, Shop Country and language, and Shop Currency are mandatory)

2.5 Click ‘Select a CSV file to upload’

To add your BigCommerce CSV click on ‘Select a CSV file to upload’ at the bottom on the screen

2.6 Save it

You will see all data from your CSV listed, if you agree with them click on Save.

In a few moments, you will have all your CSV information, organized and ready to be used in any design tool that we have a connection with (Canva, Adobe Express, Figma and the Adobe Suite).
