How to connect Google Sheets to DataPocket

Sync your Google Sheets to DataPocket and access it from Canva, Figma and Adobe

1. Go to DataPocket.app

Log in to your DataPocket account, or create a new one.

1.1 Click on 'Add data source'

Add a new data source.

1.2 Click on "Google Sheets"

Choose "Google Sheets".

1.3 Press "Continue"

Continue to access your Google Sheets data.

1.4 Log in on Google with your Google account

A Google official window will appear on your screen. Log in with your Google account.

1.5 Once this is done, a list of your spreadsheets will appear

You will see a list of all your available spreadsheets.

Search your spreadsheets.

Choose the spreadsheet that you want to use and click "Select".

1.6 Choose the sheet that you want to use

Choose the sheet that you want to use.

Click "Next".

Continue pressing "Next".

1.7 Select a column as the title

Choose one of the columns from your file to act as title.

From now on, you will identify your products by this title. Choose the column that best describes them.

Click on "Submit".

Press "Submit" to confirm the selection.

1.8 Head to Figma, Canva or Adobe and all your content will be available right inside each platform

Please remember in Canva you need to open the official DataPocket app, on Adobe Express the official DataPocket Add-on and in Figma the official DataPocket plugin.

Your content is ready to be used in any design tool.
