If you wish to change your DataPocket password, or you have forgotten, follow these simple steps:
1. Recovering password
Navigating to the ‘sign in’ screen
1.1. Click ‘I forgot my password’
1.2 Type your email
Write down your registered email address to receive the verification code to reset your password
1.3 Go to your email inbox
You will then receive an email containing a Verification code
1.4 Copy the code and paste it
Once you has copied the verification code from your email go to DataPocket account and paste it
1.5 Write down your new password
1.6 Click on ‘Reset password’
Your password has now been changed and you can access your DataPocket account by clicking on “Login”.
